Privacy
What this site collects, which is almost nothing.
This notice covers layercell.com and the email addresses on it only. Layercell Ltd is the data controller for this website. Products we distribute through the Atlassian Marketplace carry their own data-handling terms, shown to you before you install; this notice does not cover data processed inside those products.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
These pages are static HTML and CSS. They set no cookies, load no analytics, embed no advertising or social pixels, and contain no forms. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Web fonts are served by Google
The typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as a consequence. We receive nothing from that request and set no identifier through it.
Our host keeps request logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata on our behalf in order to deliver the page and block abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (serving a website securely), and we do not build profiles from those logs or use them for marketing.
If you email us
We hold what you send, and our reply
Your address, your message and our answer. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in answering someone who contacted us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share correspondence with anyone outside the processors named on this page.
Mail is routed by Cloudflare
Addresses on this domain are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we control. Cloudflare handles the message in transit; the mailbox provider stores it at rest.
It stays in our mailbox
Correspondence stays in our mailbox. We delete on request, and we do not use it for anything but working with you. Where a message concerns money or a legal obligation, statutory retention periods apply and we may have to keep it even if you ask us not to.
Our Atlassian Marketplace apps
Layercell Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Our apps run on Atlassian's Forge platform: we do not operate our own servers holding your Jira data, and Atlassian processes it on our behalf as sub-processor. For personal data your users submit through an app (names, worklogs and similar), your organisation is the data controller and we act as processor on your instructions; we do not sell that data or use it for anything outside running the app. Direct your users' rights requests to your own organisation first; write to the support address below if you need us specifically.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to the support address below and we will answer within one month. There is no charge.
Some of our processors are outside the UK. Transfers rely on the UK's adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable to each provider.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first, but you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint without going through us at all.
